That statement sums up the philosophy of Chatsworth Homes, a privately owned high quality residential property development company based in Chipping Sodbury near Bristol.
Beginning life as Simon Construction Managers in 1990, the company worked on a series of very successful small to medium size refurbishment projects. It soon became clear to Kevin Batt (Chatsworth Homes’ founder and MD) that the company had a real talent for residential development and a desire to “give that little bit more” in terms of quality and service.
The name was changed to Chatsworth Homes (Bristol) Ltd and has since those early days has grown to incorporate six individual companies that have been responsible for a series of beautifully located, high quality residential developments across the South West of England all built with Chatsworth’s guiding watchwords in mind at all times:
