Chatsworth Homes consists of a group of 6 companies which includes:
Two main operating companies -
- Chatsworth Homes (Southwest) Ltd.
- Chatsworth Homes (Glos & Wilts) Ltd. - an operating/property holding company
- Chatsworth Homes (Bristol) Ltd. - the administration company
- Chatsworth Homes UK Ltd. - the property company
- Balthasar Properties Ltd. - another property company
- Oakwood DMC Ltd. - design and management consultancy
Design and Construction Management Consultancy commenced in 1990, with Development Consultancy soon following, Residential Development commenced in 1994/5 trading under the banner of Oakwood Homes (with a number of stand-alone ring-fenced Oakwood companies in 1996), with the re-badgeing to Chatsworth Homes, along with company structure changes, in 1998.
